7.What is the refund policy?

Refund Policy: In the event of a trip cancellation by the second party, the second party will not be compensated or refunded.• Participants are requested to ensure that their passports are valid, that there are no security restrictions preventing their travel, and that they obtain the required visas in sufficient time. The first party is not responsible for compensating them in the event of their trip being canceled for this reason. We strongly recommend obtaining health insurance.

8.What happens if a trip is delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the company’s control?

Due to the First Party's keenness and concern for the success of these trips, the best seasons have been chosen for their implementation. Therefore, any changes or delays that may occur, whether to domestic or international flights, whether booked by us or you, due to adverse weather conditions, airport and port closures, cancellation of activities and adventures, or other reasons due to natural disasters, sudden tropical storms, or any other reason beyond the control of the First Party, will result in the following:

 

1. Rescheduling the trip as much as possible, which may result in changes to the original itinerary in terms of duration and expected destinations. There will be no financial compensation for these uncontrolled changes.

 

2. Cancellation of the entire trip, whereby the (first party) will seek to compensate the participants according to the amounts that will be returned by the contracted tourism companies, and is not obligated to refund the full amounts.

9.Modification, Refund, and Deposit Policy

To ensure transparency and protect the rights of our customers, Wondria provides the following policy regarding booking cancellations, modifications, refunds, and security deposits.

1. Modification Requests

  1. Customers may request a cancellation or modification of their booking through the Company's official communication channels, including email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.

  2. Requests must include the booking reference number and sufficient customer information for verification purposes.

  3. Receipt of the cancellation or modification request will be acknowledged within twenty-four (24) business hours.

  4. The Company will review the request and provide a response within three (3) business days from the date of receipt.

  5. Modification requests are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant service providers, including hotels, transportation providers, activity operators, and other travel partners. Applicable fees or restrictions may apply in accordance with their policies.

2. Refund Policy

  1. The Company's refund policy is published clearly on this page "7" .

  2. The refund policy includes the applicable refund conditions, the process for submitting a refund request, any applicable deductions or fees, and the estimated timeframe for processing refunds.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval, unless a longer processing period is required by the relevant service provider. Customers will be informed accordingly where applicable.

3. Security Deposits (If Applicable)

  1. Where a booking requires a security deposit, the amount, payment method, and refund conditions will be clearly stated within the booking confirmation document or on a dedicated page of the platform.

  2. The Company will clearly specify the circumstances under which the security deposit may be fully refunded, partially refunded, or retained.

  3. Eligible security deposits will be refunded after completion of the service and verification that all applicable conditions have been met, within the timeframe specified in the booking documentation or on the platform.
